For companies
A way through the AI transition that grows your company — and your people.
You're past "should we use AI." The real question is how — without breaking the team, the culture, or the trust you've spent years building. That's the work we do together: a guided engagement that redesigns how your company runs, around your people's strengths and AI, one honest step at a time.
Everyone can rent the same AI. No one else has your people.
When AI takes the busywork, your people are freed for the work only humans can do — the judgment, trust, care, and creativity no competitor can buy off a shelf. You don't grow by shrinking your team. You grow by growing your people into what's newly possible. That's not the soft choice. It's the sharper one.
What working together actually looks like
Four phases, run with your people — each produces something real, and each earns the trust for the next.
Phase 1 · See your magic — everyone, purely positive
Before you change anything, you see what's already there.
Your whole team takes the assessment, and you get the Team Strengths Report: where your gifts cluster, a named superpower for every person, and where you're thin. No cuts, no restructure talk — just the truth of what your people are great at. It's often the first time a team feels genuinely seen.
The Gifts Map
Where your team's gifts cluster.
You walk away with: the report, and a shared, hopeful place to start.
Phase 2 · Choose your direction — leadership + team
Set the bolder goal AI now puts in reach.
A workshop to set your mission, values, and the audacious goal AI now makes possible — then a hard-nosed gut-check on your real numbers, so the goal is bold and survivable (not a fantasy that collapses on your people six months in).
Our Mission
Put furniture built to last generations into a million homes.
The Summit
- Built to last
- Honest materials
- Made with real care
- Grow our makers
You walk away with: a clear, viable direction everyone can see themselves in.
Phase 3 · Reshape every role — each person, in Grove
Everyone gets to move up.
Each person works through how their own role grows with AI — starting from where they can contribute more, not what gets taken away — and locks in a plan. It rolls up into a cross-team picture only leadership sees: where gifts cover the goal, what to automate first, where the real gaps are.
Outreach squeezed between chasing orders and admin.
Leads the brand's storytelling full-time — how each piece is made and why it lasts; AI drafts the follow-ups.
"What I'd love to bring: getting our craft in front of people who'll treasure it."
Firefighting orders and fulfillment by hand.
Designs the systems the workshop runs on — AI carries the scheduling and inventory.
"What I'd love to bring: building the machine so nothing breaks as we grow."
Builds by hand but buried in rework and one-off requests.
Sets the craft standard and trains the next makers; AI handles quoting and specs.
"What I'd love to bring: precision in every joint — passed on to new hands."
You walk away with: a person-by-person and whole-team view to design from.
Phase 4 · Build the blueprint — leadership
A staged, milestone-by-milestone redesign.
Automate the drudgery, grow people into higher-value work, hire where you're genuinely thin — where each move happens only once the last one has proven out. Coaching walks you and your people through every shift.

The order is the point
Notice what we don't do: start with cuts. We start with strengths, set a direction together, and only then talk about how roles change — because you never ask people the hard questions before you've shown them where the company's going and that you're on their side. That sequence is why the change lands as something your people helped build, not something done to them.
The honest part — including the roles that change
We won't pretend nothing shifts. Some roles change a lot; once in a while, one goes away. We say so, plainly. And when it happens, we handle it with dignity: a real effort to grow the person into new work the goal creates — and, if there's genuinely no fit, a supported, honored exit, never a quiet replacement. How a company treats the people it can't grow is watched by everyone it can. That honesty is the opposite of cutting to the bone, and it's exactly why your team can trust the whole process.
How you'll know it's working
We measure growth, not attendance. Every milestone has to prove out before the next one begins — so you see capability actually rising, drudgery actually leaving, and people actually moving up. Evidence, not vibes.
Is this you?
This is for you if
You believe your people are an advantage worth protecting, you're ready to take AI seriously (not dabble), and you'll invest in growing people — not just trimming cost.
It's probably not for you if
You want a fast way to justify layoffs, or a feel-good workshop with no teeth. We hold the numbers and the humans at once — if you only want one of those, we're not your fit.

We won't help you quietly replace people. We'll help you build the team — and the transition — that honors the humans in it, and accelerates what you can achieve. That's the whole point.
