Hi, I'm Molly.

My whole career has been one thing in different forms: meeting people where they are, and helping them become who they're capable of being. I started as a first- and second-grade teacher, individualizing learning for classrooms where half my kids were on IEPs. That led me to found BrightLoop, an edtech platform to help teachers do that at scale — I took it through Y Combinator and Mass Challenge and grew it to tens of thousands of users across 20 countries — and then to lead marketing for mission-driven startups like EdSurge.

Today I'm the Director of Remarkable, the world's longest-running startup accelerator for assistive technology, helping founders build companies that make life better for people with disabilities and aging adults. I also founded Include to support disabled entrepreneurs, I coach and advise teams, I angel-invest, and I'm earning my Team Coaching Certification through the Center for Executive Coaching. (My lifelong dream is Camp Linda — a fully inclusive center, designed for accessibility from the ground up.) Then AI arrived, and I watched it go from a curiosity to the thing about to reshape all of it.

Most of what I heard about AI and work was either breathless hype or quiet dread. Neither felt true, and neither was helpful. What I believe is simpler, and more hopeful: AI is going to take the busywork — and that gives us a rare chance. To spend more of our lives on the work that's meaningful. To build organizations that grow people instead of using them up. To do more for the world than we thought we could.

The Human and the AI is where I do that work — with individuals finding their best selves, with teams redesigning around what makes people great, and with founders building it right from the start.

I'm not here to tell you AI is magic, and I'm not here to scare you. I'm here to help you find what makes you irreplaceable, and build a future around it.
