For a long time, work rewarded people who could execute — do the task, fast and well. AI just made execution nearly free. So the value moves: to the people who know what's worth doing, who can tell good from great, who build trust and see what's coming. The most human parts of work are becoming the most valuable parts. That's the whole idea, and everything we build comes from it.
